DNPA Code of Ethics

Effective Date: August 7, 2025

Purpose

At Factonisam, we are committed to maintaining the highest ethical standards in all our operations. This policy ensures that every team member acts with integrity, complies with all applicable laws and regulations, and avoids actions driven by personal gain.

Gifts, Favors, and Payments

  • Gifts, favors, or payments provided by Factonisam must align with standard business practices, be of nominal value, comply with legal requirements, and not cause embarrassment to the company if publicly disclosed.
  • Any payments, commissions, or compensation to associates of customers without a written contract are strictly prohibited.

Gifts, Favors, Entertainment, and Payments Received

  • Associates must not solicit or accept gifts, favors, entertainment, or payments without a legitimate business purpose, particularly from entities doing or seeking to do business with Factonisam.
  • Exceptions are limited to common business courtesies and gifts of minimal value. Strict guidelines apply, especially for gifts from suppliers.

Conflicts of Interest

  • Associates must avoid situations where personal interests conflict with Factonisam’s interests and promptly disclose any potential conflicts to their manager.
  • This includes ownership in or affiliations with outside enterprises that do business with or compete against Factonisam, or any other circumstances that could compromise the company’s interests.

Confidential Information

  • Unauthorized disclosure or use of confidential information is strictly prohibited. Misuse of such information will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

Compliance

  • Violations of this policy will result in disciplinary action, potentially including termination. Associates are required to report any known violations promptly.

Social Media Guidelines

Introduction

  • Social media posts are public statements with lasting impact. Associates must exercise good judgment and comply with policies outlined in the Factonisam Employee Handbook.

Be Careful What You Post

  • Associates are personally accountable for their online activity. Inappropriate content may lead to disciplinary action, including termination.
  • Posts referencing Factonisam must clearly state that they reflect personal opinions, not the company’s stance.

Be Respectful and Professional

  • All communications must maintain professionalism and courtesy. Posts should not be offensive, threatening, or harassing.
  • Respect the privacy of others and avoid sharing false or misleading information.

Be Honest and Accurate

  • Ensure accuracy in all posts and promptly correct any errors. Transparency is required for any edits made to previous posts.

Respect Laws and Confidentiality

  • Adhere to all legal and confidentiality obligations, including copyright and privacy laws. Never disclose confidential company information without authorization.

Report Your Concerns

  • Report any potential policy violations to Human Resources immediately. Retaliation against those reporting concerns is strictly prohibited.

Plagiarism and Fairness

  • Plagiarism is unacceptable at Factonisam. Reporters must ensure fairness by providing all parties involved in a story with an adequate opportunity to respond.
