Selling online adds a layer that a shop floor never had: a stack of percentage and per-order fees that sit between the price a customer pays and the money that reaches you. These ten calculators exist to make that stack visible.
Start with ecommerce profit for the general case — price, cost of goods, shipping, platform fees, advertising and a returns rate, producing net profit per order and per month. Then narrow: the Shopify profit calculator models the plan fee and the 2.9% + 30¢ payment processing that most sellers forget until reconciliation, and the Amazon FBA profit calculator stacks referral commission, fulfilment, storage, returns and PPC, then reports the break-even ACoS that decides whether an advertising campaign is worth running.
Pricing runs the same relationship backwards. The product pricing calculator takes a cost and a target margin and solves for the selling price that survives the fees — which is a genuinely different sum from adding a markup, because percentage fees scale with the price you are trying to find. The wholesale pricing calculator does the same for two tiers at once, protecting your margin while leaving a retailer room to work.
The remaining four are the everyday ones. Shipping cost compares actual against dimensional weight, which is how a light, bulky parcel quietly costs three times what the scale suggested. Discount handles stacked promotions and the effective rate they add up to. Sales tax works in both directions, including stripping tax back out of a gross price. And conversion rate and store ROI connect traffic to money.

Model a Shopify order end to end — plan fee, payment processing, product cost, shipping and ads — and get your break-even ROAS.
Stack referral fee, FBA fulfilment, storage, returns and PPC against your price to get net profit, margin, ROI and break-even ACoS.
Back-solve the selling price that hits your target margin after percentage fees, per-order fees and shipping are taken out.
Compare actual weight with dimensional weight, apply the carrier's divisor and zone rate, and get the billable cost per parcel.
Set a wholesale price that keeps your margin intact and still leaves a retailer room for a workable keystone markup.
Apply single or stacked discounts, add tax, and see the final price, the amount saved and the true effective discount rate.
Add tax to a net price or strip it back out of a gross one, with the tax amount shown separately for bookkeeping.
Convert sessions and orders into conversion rate, revenue per visitor, and a simulator showing what a small uplift is worth.
Measure advertising return against real gross profit, not revenue, so ROAS stops flattering campaigns that lose money.
Which profit calculator? If you sell on your own store, use the Shopify tool or the general ecommerce profit one. If you sell on Amazon, use the FBA tool — the fee structure is different enough that a general calculator will mislead you, particularly on storage and returns.
Pricing forwards or backwards? The markup calculator goes forwards: cost plus a percentage equals price. The product pricing calculator goes backwards: target margin, after fees, equals the price you must charge. Sellers almost always want the second one and reach for the first.
ROAS or ROI? ROAS compares revenue with ad spend and ignores the cost of the goods, which is why it looks generous. The ecommerce ROI calculator compares gross profit with ad spend, which is the number that decides whether a campaign made you money. A 3× ROAS on a 30% margin product is a loss.
A practical order for a new product: price it with the pricing calculator, check the result in the relevant profit calculator, then derive your break-even ROAS before you spend anything on advertising.
Subtract product cost, inbound and outbound shipping, platform and payment fees, advertising attributable to the sale, and an allowance for returns. The ecommerce profit calculator takes all of them and reports profit per order and margin, so nothing gets left out.
The advertising cost of sale at which a campaign exactly covers its own cost. It equals your gross margin percentage: at a 35% margin, a 35% ACoS breaks even and anything below it profits. The FBA calculator reports it from your own numbers.
Because carriers bill on whichever is greater: actual weight or dimensional weight, calculated as length × width × height ÷ a divisor. A large box of light goods is billed on volume. The shipping cost calculator shows both and uses the billable one.
That depends on your market's convention — most European consumer prices include VAT, most US listed prices exclude sales tax. The sales tax calculator works in both directions so you can price either way and still see the net figure your margin is based on.
More than most people expect, because it applies to all existing traffic at no extra acquisition cost. The conversion rate calculator includes an uplift simulator that turns a percentage-point change into a monthly revenue figure.
Margin, markup, break-even, growth and unit economics — the numbers that decide whether a business is actually working.
Campaign maths in one place: CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, conversion rates, email engagement and the value of the traffic you rank for.
Percentages, fractions, ratios, roots, probability, standard deviation and area — with the working shown, not just the answer.
