Contact us
Email info@factonisam.com, or use the form below — it opens your own mail app with the message ready to send. There is no backend here, so nothing is submitted to us until you press send yourself.
What to write to us about
Four kinds of message get the fastest reply:
- A formula looks wrong. Tell us the calculator, the inputs you used, the result you got and the result you expected. Corrections jump the queue.
- A calculator is missing. Describe what you are trying to work out. If you know the formula, include it — that halves the research.
- Partnership or advertising. We do not accept paid links, sponsored posts or guest articles, so please do not pitch those. Genuine advertising enquiries are welcome.
- Legal, privacy or copyright. Include the specific URL and what you would like changed.
We aim to reply within two business days. Corrections are usually acknowledged the same day, even if the fix takes longer. We cannot give financial, medical, legal or engineering advice about your own situation — see the disclaimer for why.
The contact form, and what it actually does
This form does not send anything by itself. When you press the button it validates what you typed, then builds a pre-filled message and hands it to whatever email application your device uses. You will see the message before it goes, and you can edit or cancel it. Nothing you type here is transmitted to us, stored, or logged until you choose to send.
If your device has no mail app configured, the button will appear to do nothing. In that case, copy your message and send it to info@factonisam.com from wherever you normally read email.
Response times, and what we cannot do
One person reads this inbox, so replies are quick but not instant. Reported errors are acknowledged the same working day in almost every case, even when the fix takes longer to research. General questions and calculator requests usually get an answer within two business days. Advertising and legal enquiries are answered within a week. If a week has passed with no reply, send the message again — occasionally something lands in a spam folder.
There are three things we genuinely cannot do, and it saves everyone time to say so here. We cannot advise on your personal situation: whether to take a particular mortgage, whether your calorie target is right for your medical history, or whether a slab thickness is adequate for your ground conditions. Those need someone licensed who can see the full picture, and the disclaimer explains why. We cannot check your spreadsheet or review a document for you. And we do not publish guest posts, accept paid links, or run sponsored content, so pitches for those are declined without exception.
What we can do, gladly: explain where a formula came from, show the working behind a result you disagree with, add a calculator that does not exist yet, and fix anything that turns out to be wrong.
Elsewhere
You can also reach us on social media, though email gets a faster and more detailed reply:
For anything involving a specific calculation — a correction, a disputed number, a request — please use email. Character limits and threading make it hard to send a worked example over social, and worked examples are what let us fix things quickly.
